Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products bought from MyTravelTuners.

1. Digital products and the right of withdrawal

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once its download or streaming has started, provided you gave prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and downloading, you agree to this.

For this reason, we generally cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

2. When we will help

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will provide a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund if:

• the file is faulty, corrupted or will not download, and we cannot fix it;
• you were charged incorrectly or more than once; or
• the product materially differs from its description.

3. How to request help

Email info@mytraveltuner.com within 14 days of purchase with your order confirmation and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
