These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MyTravelTuners website and your purchase of our digital products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell digital travel products — destination lists, guides, travel books and itineraries — delivered as downloadable files. Product descriptions, images and prices are shown on the site and may change at any time before you order. We make every effort to describe products accurately, but they are provided for general information and inspiration and are not professional travel, safety or financial advice.
Payment is handled by our third-party provider (e.g. Gumroad, Etsy or Stripe). A contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive confirmation. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and, where applicable, include VAT.
Products are delivered digitally — you receive a download link on screen and by email immediately after your payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own private, non-commercial travel planning. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or reproduce our products or content without our written permission. All intellectual property in the products and on this site remains ours.
Because our products are digital content supplied immediately, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once download has begun, where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose that right. Please see our Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information in our products, including changes to prices, opening hours, availability, travel conditions or local requirements. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by applicable law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
